For breakfast this morning, I finally tried Kath's Oatmeal Pancake recipe, which was delicious and very filling. (I almost didn't finish!) I added a 1/4 cup of sugar-free maple syrup and a side of cinnamon apple chunks, which I nuked in the microwave for 1 minute. I also drank about 1/3 of an iced coffee-Carnation Instant Breakfast combo. I just finished a workout, so after my shower, I will drink the rest.

I am definitely going to try warming up an apple in the microwave. It sounds like a lot of good could come out of that
