And More Lefovers

I was so busy at work this morning, I didn't have a chance to eat my mid-morning snack, so I ended up eating my lunch earlier than usual. Today's lunch: MORE baked ziti, a side salad, and a Trader Joe's Chocolate Peppermint Meltaway.

Are those peppermint chocs dark or milk? And how many cals? I love trader joes...I need to make a trip back there soon!

Hi Emma,

They are dark chocolate. Three pieces have 220 calories, so 1 has approximately 75. They are totally worth every calorie!

Are you full?! You're breakfast and lunch look pretty light so I was just wondering if you did it on purpose because you hadn't worked out this am or just happen not to be too hungry. Just wondering, thanks!

Hi Danielle,

I haven't been very hungry today, but I ended up snacking this afternoon once I got the stomach grumbles. I pretty much eat the same range of calories each day (1700-2000), but if I work out, I'm more likely to splurge on a dessert or cocktail.
