Just after lunch, my coworker and I split a big chocolate, chocolate chip cookie. (I have no willpower around cookies!) The cookie was wonderful... crunchy edges, soft and gooey in the middle. My favorite! Around 3:45 I was hungry again, so I snacked on a Fage Greek yogurt. Let's hope thirteen grams of protein holds me over until dinner!
