Bad Banana

After 35 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes running on the treadmill, I was star-ving! I wasn't really in the mood for anything specific; I just wanted a breakfast that would fill me up. We had a very ripe banana that needed to be eatten, so I made an open-face peanut butter and banana sandwich. I toasted the bread and added 1 tbsp of peanut butter to each piece. PB and banana is one of my favorites! I'm at work now, so I will probably help myself to a cup of coffee with milk and Splenda after I finish posting. Happy Valentines Day!

That sounds like a great option for breakfast for me! I'll have to give it a try tomorrow. I hate hitting mid-morning starving so I am trying to add more protein to my breakfasts.
