Mal and I just got back from voting in the Primary election. Our precinct ended up being so close to our apartment that we could have easily walked!
For dinner, I threw together some couscous with roasted red peppers, peas, cilantro, and a little bit of feta. It sounds like a random mix of ingredients, but I am in a random mood tonight! :) I'm actually off to a much-needed facial in a few minutes. I'm very excited for a little relaxation and pampering!
