I woke up HUNGRY this morning! After drinking a BIG glass of water, I toasted 2 Kashi waffles to which I added banana slices, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, and 1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup (which is amazing for just 30 additional calories)! This combination of foods definitely filled me up, and should hold me over until lunch.
I am enjoying this cup of coffee to which I added a splash of milk and 1 packet of Splenda. I can't wait to read the Sunday paper, and cheer on the Pats in the Superbowl!
