I am loving this lavash bread for pizza! I brought leftovers from last night's dinner of Lavash Bread Buffalo Blue Cheese Pizza. Again, it was so freakin' delicious!
Also with my "pizza," I had some raw veggies: baby carrots, grape tomatoes, and cucumber slices...
... as well as fresh watermelon chunks.
All together from above... lots of volume today! This meal filled me up!
After lunch, I was craving something sweet, so I hit the office candy bowl for a few pieces of candy. I also had a coconut truffle (not pictured).
Bitchin' Kitchen
I love kitchen goodies (tools, gadgets, cookbooks, etc.), so I was psyched when I found this article on the Women's Health Magazine website about kitchen gear. I especially love the Chef'n SleekStor VeggiSteam and The Kyocera Perfect Peeler. (I kind of want to buy them!) When I have the right tools, I'm much more inclined to cooked-- I even enjoy the process much more. Cooking can be so difficult (and frustrating) when you don't have the right "gear." When Mal and I first moved in together, we didn't own mixing bowls, so anytime I baked, I'd use one of stovetop pots to mix ingredients. What a mess! I've come a long way from then! What are your favorite kitchen tools/gear? My current favorite is my apple slicer, which makes snacking (and spreading peanut butter) much easier!

I completely agree, my kitchen has come a long way since the days of one pot and a set of plates and bowls! What I really need to buy now is a salad spinner- they really are not expensive and I'm getting sick of water-y lettuce. ps I added you to my blogroll! :)

Your lavash pizzas look so good! You're making me want to try lavash...
As for my favorite gadgets: Magic Bullet blender, George Foreman grill (I use it as a panini press!), and microwave steamer.

Kitchen gadgets are the best! One problem: stupid tiny NYC kitchens! Mine's already busting at the seams.
I <3 my Microplane grater, my food processor, and my combo coffee pot + grinder all-in-one. I am also in love with my new measuring cups which are rubber and collapse down flat!
