Breakfast in a Hurry!

I just arrived at my desk after a loooong meeting that started at 9am. I knew that I wouldn't be able to eat breakfast until mid-morning, so I made a Carnation Instant Breakfast-iced coffee concoction (a packet of chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast-No Sugar Added, iced coffee, milk, and ice) to hold me over. For my late-morning breakfast, I mixed my instant oatmeal with a 1/4 cup of dried cranberries and 1/4 cup of sliced walnuts.

mmm, dried cranberries and walnuts are scrumptious additions to oatmeal - good choice!
