End of the Pasta Nightmare

The endless pasta nightmare is finally over! Today's lunch was the last of it. (I'm actually surprised that I am not completely grossed out by pasta now!) My lunch was a repeat of last night's dinner and a side salad with balsamic vinegar. For some extra calcium (and my sweet tooth), I added an Adora dark chocolate disk.

For those of you who have trouble getting up for morning workouts or who want to start morning workouts, I put together some of my tips that help me get moving. Please let me know if you have any to add. My bed owns me; I need all the help I can get!

I totally agree with your tips. For me, they are essential to getting up in the early morning.
